Last year’s Singapore-Australia Leaders’ Meeting was held online due to the pandemic, so I was very happy to meet PM Scott Morrison (ScoMo) in person today.
Australia has handled the pandemic very well, and has kept domestic COVID-19 transmission very low. I look forward to when our peoples can visit each other again. Meanwhile we continue to cooperate in many areas, including in this pandemic fight.
PM Morrison invited me to visit Australia, and I look forward to doing so as soon as the situation allows. – LHL
